Terms of Service

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

AeroFarr sells access to operational analytics, flight delay predictions, aircraft and airport reference data, and related datasets derived from public and licensed aviation data sources together with our own analytical and machine-learning models. The scope, format, and update cadence of any dataset or endpoint may change as we improve the Service; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid subscriptions.

• Sandbox access is provided free of charge for evaluation, subject to rate limits and fair-use restrictions described in our developer documentation.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor unless otherwise stated in a signed order form.
• Usage that exceeds your plan allowance is metered and billed, or blocked, as described in your plan terms and the developer documentation at the time of use.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a signed order form.

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including our software, models, documentation, and underlying datasets as compiled and enriched by us. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service during your subscription term solely for your internal business purposes or as otherwise permitted under a written data license agreement.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction, forecast, or analytical output will be accurate or complete. See the safety disclaimer above, which applies to every part of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Each party's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and, where applicable, cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
