Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information in the course of operating the Service:

• Account information: your name, work email address, organization, job title, and any other information you provide when requesting access, registering, or contacting support.
• API usage records: the endpoints called, request and response metadata, timestamps, rate-limit and credit consumption, and other operational logs generated by your use of the API. These records are used for billing, abuse prevention, rate limiting, and service reliability.
• Billing information: when you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment status and a billing reference; we do not store your full payment card details ourselves.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and similar data collected automatically when you use our website or dashboard, for security and analytics purposes.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including authenticating requests, enforcing rate limits and plan entitlements, and metering usage for billing.
• To communicate with you about your account, transactional notices, and, where you have not opted out, product updates.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our payment processor for billing and infrastructure providers who host the Service, under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
• With your consent or at your direction.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. API usage records are retained for billing reconciliation, security auditing, and service-quality purposes, and are aged out on a rolling basis once no longer needed for those purposes.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption of API credentials at rest and in transit. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account information by contacting us at the address below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, such as the right to object to certain processing or to request a copy of your data in a portable format. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, consistent with applicable data protection law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
